Departures and arrivals
The start and finishing line are both at the same
spot in front of Institut maritime du Québec, 53 Saint-Germain Street
West, in Rimouski, right next to the Promenade de la mer. Clicking on the image, will
open a Google Map application from the USA Track and Field Web Site
showing the course of the Rimouski Marathon. Within the application, you may
then zoom in and out and move about the map by using the navigation buttons
located along the left side of the map.

- Our racing course is
approved by the Fédération québécoise d'athlétisme (FAQ)
- Our racing course is
certified by Athletics Canada (certification number: QC-2007-081-BDC)
- Times recorded at the Marathon de Rimouski are
officially recognized as qualifications times for Boston Marathon.
Records and prizes
A $300.00 prize will be awarded
to the winner of the men and women categories
and an additional $100.00 will be
given in the event that a record is beaten.
